At earlySTEMer, we are particular about the quality of learning that our students receive. To create an engaging and non-disruptive learning environment, we have established the following policy for our virtual group classes:
Reminders
- Class reminders are sent 15 minutes before a class via various means, including text messages and email. However, we also recommend that parents set reminders or create calendar events for their children’s classes.
Class Joining Time
- Kindly assist your child in joining the live classes early enough so that teaching can start promptly.
- Admission into class closes 15 minutes after the class start time.
Recording
- Classes would be recorded and the video recording link shared should your child miss a class or is more than 15 minutes late to a class.
- Alternatively, useful lesson videos are available for every lesson and these are accessible on the platform.
Reschedule
- Since class slots are reserved, payments made for virtual group classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Virtual group classes cannot be rescheduled except in the case of Nigerian public holidays as noted in the paragraph below.
Public Holidays
- As a Nigerian-based organization, we may need to reschedule classes that coincide with Nigerian public holidays. In such cases, the class will be rescheduled and the session extended.
