1. PAYMENT
1.1 We believe in providing a seamless and secure payment experience for our users. Payment for learning plans on the earlySTEMer platform is processed through trusted payment gateways, ensuring your financial information remains confidential. You can use debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers to pay.
1.2 Your trust is important to us. We encourage users to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information when making a purchase.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 We aim to create a positive and enriching learning journey for our users. Life happens and sometimes plans change. If you decide earlySTEMer isn’t the right fit, we offer a fair and simple prorated refund policy as contained in the following subsections.
2.2 If you are a new customer and you decide to opt out within 48 hours after the learner’s first live class and before the next class is scheduled to run, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the remaining classes in the session that you paid for. For example, if you opt out after the first class in a 10-class session, you will get refunded for the remaining 9 classes. We understand wanting to try things out before fully committing.
2.3 We understand that situations may arise, and your satisfaction is our priority. Refund requests can be submitted in writing to hello@earlystemer.com within 48 hours of the class in question.
2.4 To make the process as smooth as possible, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving a valid refund request and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
2.5 This refund policy applies to instructor-led sessions only. Self-paced plans, due to their instant-access nature, are non-refundable.
